Job Description

• Handle complex quality assurance and test environment issues.

• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.

• Track and verify resolution of software defects.

• Verify and prioritize all bugs in product backlogs.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines amid shifting priorities, working both independently and in a team environment.

• Leverage expert level knowledge and understanding of test plans, scripts, procedures, and expected results to contribute to the successful testing of software products.

• Facilitate thought groups in order to clarify requirements and understand the design while focusing on the desired outcome.

• Automation skill set is a bonus.

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. A concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science or Technology is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies  and software process methodologies is  required

• Proven experience using software tools such as HP Quality Center, JIRA, Visual Studio Test Manager or equivalent is required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with and influence others is required

• Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor
